Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT:

Rental payment in advance and Security deposit of 5000 SAR shall be required for holders of visit visa and GCC passport. The deposit shall be refunded back after 10 days from the date of returning the vehicle once no traffic violation is confirmed.

Cash and Debit cards are also accepted for security deposit. 

KILOMETER RESTRICTION:

Rental includes 250 KM Mileage per day, if exceeded extra mileage will be charged per KM varys from 0.40 Fills - 2 SAR depending on the vehicle. 

INSURANCE

Insurance Excess deductible will apply in case of accident if CDW is not purchased excess varys from 1500 SAR - 5000 SAR.
In Case of Accident police report shall provide by renter, if does not obtain CDW is invalid & customer is responsible for all costs

RENTAL DAYS

The minimum rent is (24) hours

FUEL POLICY

Fuel policy full to full.

GRACE PERIOD

2 Hours free grace period after pickup time.

INSURANCE POLICY

Insurance policy the allowed age for rental is from 21 -70 years.

What the insurance not coverage:

windows and mirrors
wheels and tire
undercarriage
engine
the car’s interior
personal belongings
lost keys
extras, such as GPS or child seats.
towing charges.

AGE LIMIT

Minimum age to rent 21 Years [Only economical cars - 25 Years and plus all cars]

Maximum age to rent 70 years

CROSS CITY CHARGE

Cross city charges varys and depends, if you pickup from one city and drop off to other city, extra charges will apply varys from 100 SAR upto 700 SAR.
